Danny L. Crawford

Danny L. Crawford, 69, of Villa Grove passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at his home.

Danny was born to Victor and Helen (Dowler) Crawford on February 8, 1954 in Tuscola.

He is survived by his forever fiancé, Paula Webber; two brothers, Ivan and Victor Crawford; Ivans ex-wife, Cindy Adams; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mark Crawford.

Danny greatly enjoyed fishing and camping with his family and friends.  He also loved dirt track racing, bowling, and ice skating.  Danny was always keeping his hands busy whether it was fixing something around the house or building something.  He would light up anytime a dog would cross his path and would want to play with it.  He also loved to aggravate kids and loved to make them laugh.

A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at the First Christian Church in Villa Grove with a funeral service beginning at 11 a.m.; Pastor Mike Zylstra will be officiating.  Burial will follow in the Villa Grove Cemetery.
