James A. Hamilton

James (Jim) Arthur Hamilton, 70, of Newman, sadly left our world on July 3, 2024, at 7:46 a.m.

Jim touched many lives with his quick-witted, sarcastic joking personality.  Coupled with his kind, gentle demeanor.

Jim was born February 12, 1954, to Joyce and Harold Hamilton. He held a career as a Automotive Engineer. He was married to the love of his life, Melinda Scheuneman; she survives.

Also surviving are two brothers; Dennis and Jeff Hamilton as well as his three children, Courtney, Leah and Joe; and four grandchildren.

Jim was preceded in death by his Parents and Sister (Collette Meredith).

Some of his favorite activities were playing guitar, golf, and gardening,

No memorial service will be held. However, memorial contributions may be made directly to The Newman Fire Department in gratitude for their service to our family and the community.
