Jill L. Grover

Jill L. Grover, 45, of Tuscola passed away at her home on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

Jill was born to James Grover and Pamela (Gary) McDowell on July 18, 1979 in Tuscola.

She is survived by her parents, James Grover and Pam (Gary) McDowell; three children, Dalton (Kyla) Grover, Layla Harp, and Brynne Harp; three brothers, James (Wonjung) Grover Jr., Joseph (Mindy) Grover, and Jonathan (Whitney) Grover; two step-siblings, Shannon (Heather) McDowell and Misty McDowell; and seven nieces and nephews, Conner Grover, Ryan Grover, Logan Grover, Collin Grover, Keagan Grover, Max Grover, and Thea Grover.

Jill’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her children. She was a proud mother who spent time cheering them on in their sport activities, academic accomplishments, and career accomplishments. Jill loved spending quality time with her children, whether it was crafting or game night, as long as she was with them that was all that mattered. Jill’s favorite place to be was the beach, which she called her “Happy Place”. The memories she created for her family are priceless.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Joines Funeral Home in Newman.  Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. that same day also at the funeral home.
