Letti A. Perry

Letti Ann Perry left this world and entered into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at her home.

Letti was born on June 4, 2024 in Urbana, IL and was the beloved daughter of Tom Perry and Carli Campbell

She is survived by her loving parents, Tom Perry and Carli Campbell; her siblings, Lilian Michaels, Liahm Michaels, Laryssa Campbell-Perry, Laiklee Campbell-Perry, and Leiland Perry; grandparents, Vicki Campbell, Carl Campbell, Jolene Perry (Troy Tice), and David Perry; and was loved by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Letti was preceded in death by her grandma Tina Grace Raymer.

Letti spent 269 precious days at home. She was born with severe pulmonary hypertension and chronic lung disease. Though her lung disease was cured, she endured two medical comas and multiple surgeries to repair her heart. Even her doctors were amazed by how quickly and beautifully she healed—she was a fighter in every sense of the word.
From the moment she came home, her life was filled with devotion and love. Her mother put everything aside, including her career, to care for her around the clock, while her father worked tirelessly every single day, no matter the weather, to provide for their family. Letti was surrounded by unwavering love every moment of her life.
She was always smiling and had recently begun talking nonstop, filling our home with joy and laughter. She completed our family. She made us feel whole. She taught us patience, strength, and how to take life one day—sometimes one breath—at a time.
This is not goodbye; this is until next time. Letti’s legacy will forever live on through the love of family and children, and through the hearts of those who were changed simply by knowing her.

A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2025 at the Joines Funeral Home in Newman with the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m.; pastor Justin Smith will be officiating.  Burial will follow at the Newman Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
