Nichole M. Driggers

Nichole M. Driggers, 50, of Tuscola passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024 at Carle Hospital in Urbana.

Nichole was born on September 28, 1974 in Tuscola to William Switzer and Barbara Kincaid.

She is survived by her mother, Barbara (John) Kincaid; two children, Stephen Driggers and Levi Davidson; one step-child, Brandon (Ashley) White; two siblings, Bill Switzer of Champaign and Kimberly (Lee) Cottle of Paris, IL; three step-siblings, Meagan (Kyle) Creel of Iowa Falls, IA, Jon (Kristy) Kincaid of Downs, IL, and Brianna (Kyle) Lawson of Jacksonville, IL; and her partner, James Davidson.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Switzer; her grandma and grandpa Sisk; her grandma and grandpa Switzer; and three uncles.

Nichole graduated from Newman High School in 1992.  Throughout her life she held many jobs including working at the post office in champaign, Fuel Mart in Tuscola, and was a waitress at Denny’s in Tuscola.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, but she was at her happiest when she was with her kids. 

A celebration of Nichole's life will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. at the Corn Crib in Newman (107 E. Yates St.).
