Patricia Campbell Obituary

Patricia Lynn Campbell (Mann), of Tuscola, Illinois, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026, at the age of 75. She was born on August 7, 1950.

Patricia was a graduate of Villa Grove High School, Class of 1968, and a member of Victory Church. She married Ray Campbell in 1971 and they raised their children in Tuscola.

She is survived by her children, Angie Riley of Tuscola, Glenn Lindsey (Brandi) of Charleston, Raynea McCumber (Shawn O’Neill) of Tuscola, and Wayne Campbell (Jessica Crabtree) of Homer; grandchildren, Josie Riley, Ashley Dick (Brendan), Dylan Dinkelmann, Tori Lindsey, Austin McCumber, Hannah Miller (James), Lizzy O’Neill, Maryah Knop (Daniel), Marysa Campbell, Dylan Campbell (Bailey), Jayden Schrock, and Colby Schrock; great-grandchildren, Kaizen Miller, Mabel Campbell, Knox Campbell, Jett Campbell, Miles Outlaw, Callen Knop, Wyatt Campbell, Maddi Campbell, Ayden Dick, and Alex Dick; and siblings, Sheryl Gabbard of Tuscola, Gary Mann (Marilyn) of Tuscola, and Brian White of Tuscola.

She was preceded in death by her mom, Wilma Mann; grandparents, George and Willie Mann; and aunts and uncles, Marion Mann, Marie Gobert, Allen Mann, and Robert Mann.

Patricia had an active and adventurous spirit and loved exploring the outdoors every chance she had. She enjoyed gardening and took great pride in caring for her yard. During her years living in Tennessee, she discovered a passion for exploring caves in the mountains, a hobby she shared with her children. She also enjoyed traveling with Ray in his semi, exploring many states together and creating lasting memories along the way. Her adventures included climbing ancient ruins in Mexico, spending time on the Florida beaches, parasailing, and collecting rocks and seashells—simple joys that reflected her love of nature and discovery.

Above all, Patricia cherished time spent with her family. She deeply loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and shared a special, unique bond with each of them.

Known for her open heart, Patricia was a second mother to many of her children’s friends who still call her “mom.” She welcomed others with warmth and did all she could to help, encourage, and care for those around her. Her generosity and gentle spirit touched countless lives.

She passed in faith, comforted by the promise of eternal life, and will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
