Philip E. Bauter, 81, of Newman passed away peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Carle Hospital in Urbana.
Philip was born to Eugene and Harriett (Barnes) Bauter. He married Julie Hearn on March 5, 1988 in Champaign, IL.
